TERMS and CONDITIONS
Barbette's Feast reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice.
Any cancellations within 48 hours requires an order to be paid for in full. Any cancellations 7 days prior to delivery but greater than 48 hours notice incurs a 50% charge. Payment is due prior to delivery/ pick up/ event unless otherwise arranged. A daily fee of 2% of the total invoice value may be charged for invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date. Any debt recovery charges incurred by Barbette's Feast will be owed by the client ​to Barbette's Feast once debt recovery has been commenced.

Board and platter use: please note we charge a deposit on all our boards and platters, ranging from $50 - $100 per board/ platter/ cupcake stand. All deposits are fully refundable upon return of the board(s)/ platter(s)/ stand(s) cleaned and in the same condition they were delivered in, within 72 hours of your event unless arranged otherwise. A cleaning fee may apply where necessary.

Once a cake order has been placed, any non-edible items ordered eg. cake signs, mini alcohol bottles etc are due and payable at any stage an order is cancelled.
